It is no more news that the fastest spreading infection in the world now, Corona virus has found its way into Nigeria through an Italian who flew in days ago.  The Italian man has been confirmed to be tested positive to the deadly virus and has since been quarantined in a Lagos state health facility. Following the detection of the virus on the man and being placed in quarantine, the 44-year-old Italian was said to have become restless and angered at his isolation that he attempted to make an escape. This was confirmed by one of the health workers at the Mainland Hospital, Yaba, where the patient is being quarantined. Meanwhile, following the confirmation of the first case of Corona virus in the country, the Federal government as well as the state governments of Lagos and Ogun have taken measures to ensure quick containment.
